Following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami disasters, many highways and roads were closed throughout Japan. If you've seen the pictures, you couldn't imagine possibly going anywhere. To do so, would be to risk your own life. However, after learning that an employee had perished when a cafeteria wall collapsed on him and that 17 other employees were also injured in a building at the company's Tochigi facility, Honda CEO, Takanobu Ito decided to risk it.
