Honda Ties for #1 in Customer Loyalty

Drum roll please! A new study by J.D. Power and Associates reveals the top cars for customer loyalty in 2010. Retaining 62 percent of its customers, Honda is tied at first place.

J.D. Power and Associates' Customer Loyalty study measures not only the rate automotive brands retain existing customers, but also the reasons they remain loyal.  Data shows that Honda's customer loyalty is driven by the Honda Accord, the Honda CR-V, and the Honda Pilot and an understanding of the vehicles' high resale value and safety.

Honda Accord A Family Favorite

The Honda Accord has been a staple in Honda's vehicle lineup for years, continuously being a customer favorite. Honda doesn't plan to change this as they hope to continue a tradition making the Accord a family favorite vehicle for 2011. Consumer Reports continually give the sedan A+ marks for comfort and reliability. The 2011 Accord also receives better gas mileage than previous models - 23 miles per gallon city, and 34 mpg on the highway. That's with its 4 cylinder, 177-horsepower engine.
