The New Honda HR-V Could Be a Smart Choice

Each of these trims runs on the same type of mechanical components. The 2022 Honda HR-V comes powered by a 1.8-liter, four-cylinder engine, which gives it 141 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is available; it's something to think about if you may be dealing with rough road conditions.
Honda has installed a continuously variable transmission into this SUV. Most trims have dual-mode paddle shifters to give drivers more control if they want it. To keep the cabin a bit quieter, most trims also have active noise cancellation.
